Yoga and meditation retreats in silence with asana pranayama and meditation
Jenny offers yoga and meditation retreats throughout the year in beautiful locations throughout the Northwest. Retreat offers a spiritual path to re-connect with ourselves, others, and the natural world. These connections have the capacity to nourish us in a world that can feel overwhelming. Drawing from studies in bodywork, mindfulness meditation, psycho-spiritual therapy, Yoga, and Buddhism, students are guided into deep connection with their inner resources. When we are resourced, we are better fit to meet life's unavoidable challenges.
Grounded in meditation, retreats include sitting periods, yogic breathing, movement class, and relational mindfulness exercises through which we engage with others in practice. Retreats are held is social silence. There is no verbal interaction with participants outside of the classroom. All meals, walks, and time between classes are kept quiet to deepen our inner experience.
