IFS Embodiment Retreat in Vermont April 29 - May 3, 2026

Join Jenny and IFS Lead Trainer Fran Booth for a four night retreat at OQ Farm, a 500-acre legacy farm in beautiful Vermont. The retreat is designed for anyone interested in returning to nature and connecting with the landscape of the body as a tool for healing and integration. Jenny and Fran have studied and taught for decades in somatic systems, including Somatic IFS, WaveWork, Hakomi, Yoga, Tantric Buddhism, and more. Participants will be led through numerous somatic experiences each day with an emphasis on parts work. Practices include gentle movement, guided meditation, parts inquiry, interpersonal dialogue and more. Familiarity with IFS is required.

This will be an in-person, off-line retreat. To help foster deepening, we ask that all participants refrain from phones, computers, smart watches, etc. during the retreat. Nothing takes us out of our embodied experience more than technology! Emergency contact info will be provided.

Included will also be one full day of community silence to deepen the inner experience. This creates a unique opportunity to hear our parts more clearly as we hold a deeper inward focus. Intentional silence might be new and uncomfortable for some of our parts, but also unexpectedly needed and nourishing for other parts. All parts are welcome!

Prices include all lodging and meals with vegetarian and gluten free options. Beds in single, double, triple and bunk rooms available. All rooms have shared bathrooms.
